Here’s our beautiful journey:
We start with deep, connecting breaths that sync your energy with your baby’s rhythm. Then I guide you into a state of profound relaxation where the veil between you and your little one becomes gossamer-thin.
With your eyes gently closed, you’ll do specific exercises to communicate directly with your baby, letting them know they’re safe, loved, and welcomed.
Through guided self-hypnosis, you’ll create a sacred space in your mind – your personal sanctuary where you and your baby can retreat during labor, surrounded by love, light, and perfect peace.
By the end of this module, you’ll:
✅ Feel deeply connected to your baby before birth
✅ Have a sacred space to retreat to during labor
✅ Know how to work as a team with your little one
