Alignment • Balance • Ease • Partner Support
Birth works best when the body is in balance — and when partners know exactly how to help.
This 2-hour Spinning Babies® workshop gives you and your birthing partner the essential tools to create more space, more comfort, and more ease during pregnancy and birth.

Why Spinning Babies®?
Babies are designed to rotate and navigate through the pelvis — this is their natural “spiral” down into the world.
But modern life can twist, tighten, or unbalance the soft tissues around the pelvis. When the body is tight or imbalanced, a baby may struggle to rotate optimally. That’s when labor becomes longer, more painful, or stalls.
Spinning Babies® offers simple, gentle techniques that restore Balance • Gravity • Movement so baby can find their best position — and labor can progress with more ease.

What you and your partner will learn
This compact workshop focuses on practical skills you can use immediately:
1. Pelvic Alignment for Pregnancy & Birth
Learn how small adjustments in posture and alignment can change the space inside the pelvis — helping baby move into a more comfortable, optimal position.
Your partner will learn:
- How to spot alignment imbalances
- How to assist you with simple hands-on techniques
- How to help you maintain comfort in late pregnancy and early labor
2. The Three Balances (adapted for this workshop)
You’ll learn the three foundational techniques that help restore softness, mobility, and symmetry in the body:
- The Jiggle – relaxing tension in the hips and lower back
- Forward-leaning Inversion – gently creating space in the lower uterus
- Side-lying Release – lengthening and balancing the pelvic floor and surrounding tissues
These moves help the body release tightness, improve comfort, and create the space baby needs to rotate.
3. Rebozo Techniques
A soft cloth becomes a powerful tool:
- Relaxing the lower back and hips
- Easing tension
- Supporting comfort in pregnancy and early labor
- Helping baby settle into a more ideal position
These techniques are gentle, rhythmic, and easy for partners to learn.
4. Daily Essentials for Pregnancy
I will show you a selection of “must-do” daily activities that support balance and comfort:
- Walking patterns
- Calf stretches
- Gentle pelvic tilts
- Seated hip-openers
- Ball work
- Breathing for grounding and relaxation
These are simple, safe, and take only a few minutes each day.
