relax and settle more easily,
support more restful sleep and comfortable digestion,
and deepen the beautiful bond and communication between you and your baby through loving touch.
We massage together in a small group. I demonstrate the different techniques with the baby and then show them on your arm as well, so you can actually feel the right touch and pressure yourself. This gives you the confidence to continue using the techniques at home and make them part of your everyday routine.
Baby massage is also a wonderful experience for dads, giving them a beautiful opportunity to create their own special connection with their baby.
