Been a midwife for along time makes me look back in time . This photo was taken in 90 ties . I was part of a team in berlin hospital . I enjoyed living in berlin at the time .So many interesting things happening , music , life . I was already a midwife for number of years and was able to introduce Homeopathie , water birth and acupuncture in this hospital . It might seem funny when I say that . But for a start I took my own homeopathic to work an offer this service to women . Until my teamleader was so convinced from the results that we were allowed to officially use it and order through the hospital Pharmacy.When I started talking about water birth .The head of obstetrics said "Are you crazy you lost your mind , waterbirth....no way . Well one year later the first waterbirth pool was installed . I love many things amongst acupuncture . I was the first one to train (in my own time and for my own money ) In acupuncture and opened the fist acupuncture practice for pregnant women in this hospital . Leader ship and entrepreneurship are part of my life .
