Well we eat every day and it one of the milestones in life . If you suffer from diabetes in the pregnancy you know that what you eat , when you eat already makes a difference 👶Of course this one one important part of everything. I have been a vegetarian for almost 46 years . I admit I might come across like a health “ junkie “ but I just love healthy food . It helps the whole system to feel good . What are your thoughts ? Unfortunately “ Homebirth “ seems to have become illegal in the Philippines and traditional midwifery seems to vanish . They danced for us and I really enjoyed learning some things about them. Listening to a baby‘s heartbeat brings great joy to the mother and of course to the midwife. It brings already to reality what is going to come next. Did you know that the babies heart rate ❤️is between 120 beats to 160 bpm? 🐎It sounds like a little horse racing but that’s exactly how it Hass to sound. Of course, during the pregnancy it changes the earlier in the pregnancy your baby is, the fast and the heart is beating. still at the end it has to be between 120 and 160 bpm and it has to go up and down and move. All of that is a sign that the baby is doing well. And I am honest being able to read the babies heartbeat and what it really has to look like is a real skill and it actually takes quite some time to learn that.
