Baby massage

Jutta Wohlrab developed her baby massage course on the principles of Dr Frédérick Leboyer, author of “Loving Hands: The Traditional Art of Baby Massage”.

She integrates the gentle techniques of therapist Eva Reich in this class, individually matching the movements to every child. Mothers learn how they can intensify their strong connection to the baby with their loving hands. With soft pressure the mother stimulates the nerves in the skin, the most important sensual organ in this life stage, which stimulates the brain of the baby. Touch is relaxing, healing and generally pleasant. The massage can help with sleeping difficulties and gases, and generally support the development of the child.
